Android Drawer – Kotlin

Drawer

If you are Android user, you can see Drawer UI in Gmail.
Drawer is sliding menu.

Create from Drawer project

This is the easiest way to support.
Create new project and select “Navigation Drawer Activity”
This supports drawer by default.(top Activity). If you want to create new application, it’s enough.

Support Drawer from normal Android project

In this case, above sample is very useful.
I checked Drawer project codes and extract required parts one by one. It’s simple.

I added com.android.support:support-v4:26.1.0 and com.android.support:design:26.1.0.

Set Activity theme as NoActionBar, NoActionBar is custom style, please check style.xml
